Message from Scotland allows users to select, personalise, and send digital Scottish-themed greeting cards by email. The Service is provided free of charge for standard cards. Premium features or cards may be introduced in the future.

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Send content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

When you compose and send a card, the personal message you write is your own content. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. We do not review messages before they are sent, but we reserve the right to investigate and take action if we receive complaints of misuse.
4. Email Addresses & Data Collection
When you send a card, we collect the sender's and recipient's name and email address. This data is used to:
- Deliver the card to the intended recipient
- Send a delivery confirmation to the sender
- Send occasional follow-up communications related to Message from Scotland and Love Scotland

5. Intellectual Property
All card designs, images, text, graphics, and other content on the Service (excluding user-written messages) are owned by or licensed to Love Scotland. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
